  22.  SOFTWARE LICENSE

  24.  3D-VB Input is not and has never been public domain software, nor is it free software. 
  25.  
  26.  Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use 3D-VB Input on a 30-day trial basis for the 
  27. purpose of determining whether 3D-VB Input is suitable for their needs.  The use of 3D-VB Input, except 
  28. for the initial 30-day trial, requires registration.  The use of unlicensed copies of 3D-VB Input by any 
  29. person, business, corporation, government agency or any other entity is strictly prohibited.

  31.  A single user license permits a user to use 3D-VB Input only on a single computer.  Licensed users 
  32. may use the program on different computers, but may not use the program on more than one 
  33. computer at the same time. Licensed users may also distribute the runtime INPUT.VBX and TPW2VB.DLL with their completed applications.

  35.  No one may modify or patch the 3D-VB Input executable files in any way,  including but not limited 
  36. to decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering the program.

  38.  A limited license is granted to copy and distribute 3D-VB Input only for the trial use of others, subject 
  39. to the above limitations, and also the following: 
  40.  
  41.   1)    3D-VB Input must be copied in unmodified form, complete with the file containing this license 
  42. information and only the following 3D-VB Input files: INPUT.EXE, TPW2VB.DLL, ORDER.WRI and README.TXT. You may NOT distribute the 3D-VB Input 
  43. registration ID, control numbers or that portion of the WIN.INI file created by 3D-VB Input.

  45.   2)    The full machine-readable 3D-VB Input documentation must be included with each copy.

  48.   3)    No fee, charge, or other compensation may be requested or accepted, except as 
  49. authorized below:

  51.         A) Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (sysops) may make 3D-VB Input available for 
  52. downloading only as long as the above conditions are met.  An overall or time-dependent charge 
  53. for the use of the bulletin board system is permitted as long as there is not a specific charge for 
  54. the download of 3D-VB Input.

  56.         B) Vendors of user-supported or shareware software may distribute 
  57. 3D-VB Input, subject to the above conditions, without specific permission. Vendors may 
  58. charge a disk duplication and handling fee, which, when pro-rated to the 3D-VB Input product, may 
  59. not exceed five dollars. 
  60.  
  61.         C) Non-profit user groups may distribute 3D-VB Input, subject to the above conditions, without 
  62. specific permission. Non-profit user groups may charge a disk duplication fee, which, when pro-
  63. rated to the 3D-VB Input product, may not exceed five dollars.

  65.   LIMITED WARRANTY 
  66.   EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, OPAQUE SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL 
  67.   WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT 
  68.   LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND 
  69.   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE 
  70.   PRODUCT.  SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE 
  71.   PURCHASER ASSUMES THE RISK OF PAYING THE ENTIRE COST OF 
  72.   ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION AND ANY 
  73.   INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  IN NO EVENT WILL 
  74.   OPAQUE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER 
  75.   (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF 
  76.   BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS 
  77.   INFORMATION AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE 
  78.   INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF OPAQUE SOFTWARE 
  79.   HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  81.   Use of this product for any period of time constitutes your acceptance of this agreement and 
  82. subjects you to its contents. 
  83.  
  84.   U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS 
  85.  
  86.   Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in 
  87. subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-
  88. 7013.  Contractor/manufacturer is Opaque Software.
